Three ways people play

A 5-minute daily workout

The Daily is a short set of puzzles — a hidden word, a pattern, a quick number round. Do it with your coffee, keep your streak, come back tomorrow for a new one.

Beat someone right now

Jump into the Arena for a live match, or send a duel to a friend and see who wins. Pick a nickname and play — no email, no password.

Bring the game to game night

Party games like Impostor and Camping Tale are made for one phone and a room full of people. Pass it around — no extra apps, no setup.

Made for adults and older kids who want a short brain break, families who play together, and blind and low-vision players — the games are built to work with TalkBack and VoiceOver. Not for anyone after a brain-training program that promises a higher IQ, or a long story game.

Questions people ask

Is 1Mazing free?

Yes. 1Mazing is free to download on Google Play and the App Store, and all 58 games, the Daily, the Arena and friend duels are free to play. There is no subscription, no free trial that runs out, and no ads. There is nothing to buy in the app today.

Does it claim to make you smarter?

No. These are games: word puzzles, logic, memory and quick reflex rounds. We don't claim they raise your IQ or protect your memory. They're a fun way to keep your mind busy for five minutes a day, and that is the whole promise.

Do I need an account to play with friends?

No email, no password. Every game works offline with no account at all. To duel friends or join the Arena you pick a nickname, and that's it. Signing in with Google or Apple is optional and only moves your progress to a new phone.

What data do you collect?

Only what online play needs: the nickname you choose, your scores, a random player ID and your approximate country. No ads, no third-party tracking, nothing sold. If you never go online, nothing leaves your phone.

What games are in 1Mazing?

58 games in 8 categories: word puzzles (1Word, 1Connect, 1Hunch, Word Search), spelling (Word Bloom, Word Ladder), numbers (Number Merge, Make the Total), logic (Sudoku, Nonogram, Chess, Checkers, Mancala, Cribbage, Euchre, Pool, 1Maze), memory, speed and reflex games, two-player games on one phone, and Camping Games for groups. The full list is at 1mazing.com/games/.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Every game works offline with no account. You only need a connection for the Arena, friend duels, leaderboards and the shared live scoreboard.

Can blind and low-vision players use it?

Yes. The games are built to work with TalkBack on Android and VoiceOver on iPhone. The Camping Games are played by ear: the phone can stay in a pocket or face-down while sound, buzzes and speech carry the game, so blind and sighted players join in on equal terms.
