1Mazing is a free collection of brain games. There are no ads and nothing to buy. Most of it works with no account and no internet at all. These terms cover the parts where other people are involved — crews, friends and leaderboards — and they are short on purpose.
You may use 1Mazing on any device you own, for as long as you like, at no cost. You may not resell it, charge others for access to it, take it apart to make a competing product, or use it to break the law.
Every game is playable with no account. If you choose to go online, you pick a nickname — no email, no password, no real name. You are responsible for what happens under your nickname, and for keeping your recovery code private: anyone holding that code can restore your progress onto their device.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour in 1Mazing. By posting in a crew, you agree not to send anything that is:
This is not a warning system. We remove content and terminate accounts that break this rule, and we may do so on the first occasion and without notice.
If you see something that shouldn't be there and the in-app report isn't enough, write to us directly at [email protected].
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us only the permission needed to run the service — to store your messages and show them to the crew you sent them to. We do not use what you write for advertising, and we do not sell it. Reported messages are kept while under review so a deleted message can still be looked at.
Hot Potato's optional replay records a short front-camera clip with sound. It is off by default and stays on your device. Tell the people around you before you turn it on, and don't record anyone who hasn't agreed to it. Recording people without consent may be illegal where you live; that is your responsibility, not ours.
1Mazing is suitable for all ages. Kids mode has no chat, no friends and no leaderboards — a child playing in Kids mode cannot message anyone or be messaged. If you are a parent setting up a device for a child, choose Kids mode. If you believe a child has posted something that should be removed, contact us and we will delete it.
You can stop at any time: delete your online data in Account → Delete online data, or from 1mazing.com/delete if you no longer have the app. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks the conduct rule above.
1Mazing is provided "as is". It is a game, not a medical, educational or diagnostic tool: it does not diagnose, treat, prevent or slow any condition, and no claim is made about improving memory, intelligence or cognitive health. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it. Everything else, to the extent the law permits, is limited to the amount you paid for 1Mazing — which is nothing.
