1Mazing plays offline and works with no account at all. If you never turned on the online features, we hold nothing about you — deleting the app is the whole job. If you did go online, here are both ways to remove everything.
Your nickname, scores and cloud backup are removed from our servers straight away. The games and progress on that device are left alone, so you can carry on playing offline.
Send us the recovery code you saved (it looks like 1MZ-XXXX-XXXX) or the nickname you played under, and say you want your data deleted.
We reply within 5 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm from the same address, so that nobody can delete someone else's progress by guessing a nickname.
We would rather tell you this plainly than have you find out later.
If you want a crew message removed as well, say so in your email and name the crew — we will take it out.
Uninstalling 1Mazing, or clearing its storage in your device settings, permanently removes everything stored locally — progress, saves, photos you picked for picture games, and your block list. We cannot do that part for you, and we never had a copy of it.
